How we use your details

Shurfa Film Festival is organised by MIRSAT vzw. When you reserve, we store your name, email address, ticket and number of seats in a Google Sheet managed by MIRSAT vzw. The booking system and your confirmation email run on Google (Google Apps Script and Google’s email service). We use these details only to hold your seats and to contact you about your reservation.

If you tick the newsletter box, we also email you about next year’s edition; you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share your details. Reservation data is deleted after the festival, by 31 October 2026.

To see, correct or delete your data, email admin@mirsat.org. You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
